Integrated campaign for Conventa trade show
Conventa, one of the biggest and most important trade shows for the meetings industry in New Europe, has completely entrusted all marketing activities to Toleranca Marketing. In has been a long and fruitful collaboration that has brought nothing but good results. Each year Conventa has more media partners, more social media followers and more meeting industry players that know and follow the show.
The integrated campaign includes total media control (press releases, media partnerships, writing of articles and designing Ads), creating and distributing newsletters and digital magazines, overlooking the event’s web site, creating social media buzz, preparation and execution of press conferences and preparation of special presentations that are used for promotions at different events.
Toleranca Marketing also writes, designs and distributes the official Conventa catalogue and two issues of daily magazine. In collaboration with Kongres Magazine, the agency also sets up a live television studio and through various channels streams Conventa happening, interviews and presentations.
