THE CHALLENGE
Incentive trips are group motivational trips, which are organised by companies for their employees. Incentive trips are a reward and encouragement for better understanding between co-workers and business partners. Up until now, there hasn’t been such an event able to connect both offer and demand.
Incentives Alpe Adria is the first European “Try Before You Buy” incentive experience. That means that before you have business meetings with the exhibitors, you embark on an incentive journey, exploring the host destination. In 2021, the host destination was Saalfelden Leogang, Austria.
THE SOLUTION
What’s so special about Incentives Alpe Adria? Business meetings have never been so relaxed and personal. The unique event concept allows exhibitors and hosted buyers to form more meaningful partnerships and become true business partners. An incentive product is complex and can’t be bought solely based on its name and photos attached to it. Our concept is innovative in a way that allows potential buyers to test out individual incentive programs at the event itself.
THE RESULTS
The 3rd Incentives Alpe Adria event took place from 19 to 21 September 2021, attended by 15 suppliers and 20 hosted buyers, who embarked on a “Try Before You Buy” programme, trying out active, cultural and culinary incentive programmes before having their meetings.
