Responsible Public Policy and Lobbying Statement
Toleranca Marketing does not currently engage in direct lobbying and does not employ or retain professional lobbyists.
If Toleranca Marketing engages in public policy or lobbying activities in the future, such activities will only support policies and initiatives intended to create positive social and/or environmental outcomes and will be based on reliable, evidence-based information.
Toleranca Marketing does not make financial or in-kind political contributions and maintains zero tolerance for bribery, corruption, fraud, conflicts of interest or unethical influence.
Industry Associations and Intermediaries
Toleranca may participate in industry associations, networks, working groups and collaborative initiatives.
Where such organisations engage in lobbying or public-policy advocacy, Toleranca will consider whether their positions are consistent with this policy. If a material conflict is identified, Toleranca will raise the concern, seek clarification or corrective action, and may reconsider its participation where the conflict cannot be resolved.
Responsibility and Monitoring
The Managing Director is responsible for approving and enforcing this policy.
The Management Team will:
- review relevant lobbying and public-policy activities at least annually;
- identify and address potential conflicts or non-compliance;
- review participation in intermediary organisations where relevant;
- document any material lobbying or advocacy activities undertaken by Toleranca.
Concerns regarding potential breaches may be raised through Toleranca Marketing’s Speak Up and Grievance Procedure.
